• Rental Period: All rentals are for a specified period agreed upon at the time of booking. Late returns may incur additional charges.

• Condition of Items: Costumes and accessories are provided in good condition. Customers are responsible for the care of rented items and will be liable for any damage beyond normal wear and tear, including loss or theft.

• Cleaning: Specialized cleaning for rented costumes is handled by Rangriti Vault. Please do not attempt to clean items yourself unless otherwise instructed.

• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required for certain rentals, which will be returned upon the satisfactory return of items.

3. Custom Design and Styling Services

• Consultation and Design Process: For custom designs and styling, a detailed consultation process will be followed. Specific timelines and payment schedules will be agreed upon per project.

• Revisions: A limited number of revisions may be included in the design fee. Additional revisions may incur extra costs.

4. Payments and Cancellations

• Pricing: All prices for rentals and services are specified at the time of booking or quotation.

• Payment Terms: Full payment or a deposit may be required to confirm a booking or service. Details will be provided during the booking process.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation terms vary based on the service and will be communicated at the time of booking. Generally, cancellations made close to the service date may incur charges or forfeit deposits.
